Our virtual assistant, located on the bottom of the Unemployment Insurance page can help answer basic questions. Agents are also available to help Monday-Friday 8 AM to 4 PM.
In-person assistance is available with an appointment at our lobby at 621 17th Street, Suite 100, Denver, CO, 80202. In-person appointments will be reserved primarily for claimants with limited computer access, tech skills, or individual assistive needs. Before you can book an in-person appointment, you will need to review the self-help options available to you and confirm that you still need an in-person appointment. If you are simply dropping off paperwork or forms, you do not need to make an appointment. We have a secure dropbox available in the lobby from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
